Center For Open Source Analysis

Founded in 2017, the Center for Open Source Analysis (COSA) is a student publication on critical national security issues of the 21st century. Specifically, the publication is run by students within the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies. COSA utilizes unclassified open-source intelligence (OSINT) to create concise intelligence products to inform the public on important trends and drivers surrounding issues of national security, while also helping to improve team-based analytical skills among students. There are currently four COSA teams, the Syrian Conflict Team, the Russia Team, the China Team, and the Venezuelan Crisis Team.
